Visitor visa suspended
Finland is not issuing visitor visas to Russian citizens. Travellers holding a valid Schengen visa issued by another country are also restricted from entering Finland or transiting through Finland to other Schengen countries for tourism or other non-essential purposes. All land border crossings between Finland and Russia are currently closed. Travellers holding a long-term visa or residence permit issued by Finland or another EU member state are not affected.
