Visitor visa suspended
Travelers cannot apply for a visa to visit Oman for Tourism or transit. This suspension doesn’t apply to travelers holding family visas or resident permit of GCC countries. A paper or embassy visa is the only visa available for travelers visiting Oman. The visa is typically a stamp or sticker added to the passport. Travelers must obtain this visa from a local embassy, consulate or visa center before traveling.
