The visa becomes invalid if travellers travel outside of these countries. An eVisa is the fastest and easiest way of obtaining a visa for Rwanda because travellers can submit their application and supporting documents online. Once the application is approved, travellers receive their eVisa confirmation electronically. However, travellers can obtain an East African visa on arrival to Rwanda or at the office of a Rwanda diplomatic mission.
