Electronic visitor visa may be available with conditions

Travelers need a visa to visit Saudi Arabia for Business or Tourism. Travelers who are permanent residents or possess a valid business or tourism visa issued by the United Kingdom, United States, or a Schengen member state are eligible for an Electronic visitor visa (eVisa) to visit Saudi Arabia. The visa issued by the United Kingdom, United States or a Schengen member state must be valid and must have an entry stamp from the issuing country. Travelers with a valid resident visa issued by one of the GCC countries with a minimum validity of at least three months beyond the date of entry into Saudi Arabia are also eligible for an Electronic visitor visa (eVisa) to visit Saudi Arabia. An eVisa is the fastest and easiest way of obtaining a visa for Saudi Arabia because travelers can submit their applications and supporting documents online. Once the application is approved, travelers receive their eVisa confirmation electronically.

Visa on arrival may be available with conditions

Travelers need a visa to visit Saudi Arabia for Business or Tourism. Travelers who are permanent residents or travelers with a valid business or tourism visa issued by United Kingdom, United States, or a Schengen member state are eligible for a visa on arrival. The visa must be valid and have been used at least once, and travelers must have an entry stamp from the issuing country. Travelers with a valid resident visa issued by one of the GCC countries with a minimum validity of at least three months beyond the date of entry into Saudi Arabia are also eligible for visa on arrival to visit Saudi Arabia. Travelers can get a visa on arrival in Saudi Arabia at the port of entry, such as an international airport or border crossing.
