Visa free travel is available for organized group tours
Travellers do not need a visa to visit South Korea for Tourism when travelling as part of an organized group tour. Groups must consist of 3 or more travellers and book through designated travel agencies. Travellers can stay for a maximum of 15 days and travel throughout South Korea. Individual travellers or those not part of registered tour groups require a visa. This visa-free program operates from September 29, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Travellers should verify their eligibility with designated travel agencies before booking.

Visitor visa
Travellers need a visa to visit South Korea for Business or Tourism. A paper or embassy visa is the only visa available for travellers visiting South Korea. The visa is typically a stamp or sticker added to the passport. Travellers must obtain this visa from a local embassy, consulate or visa center before travelling.
