You need an ETA for Hong Kong SAR if you have an Indian passport

Travelers need a travel authorization to visit Hong Kong for Business or Tourism. Visa-exempt visitors entering Hong Kong must obtain a Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR). Travelers can submit the PAR online. Once the application is approved, travelers receive their PAR confirmation electronically. A Pre-Arrival Registration is valid for 6 months. If travelers receive a new passport, they must apply for a new PAR. A valid Pre-Arrival Registration is required to board the flight. If the PAR is expired or doesn’t match the traveler’s passport information, travelers will not be able to board their flight. Travelers entering Hong Kong for more than 14 days require a visa to enter Hong Kong. Travelers who hold a valid HKSAR Travel Pass, or visa, or successfully enrolled for e-Channel service for frequent visitors do not require a Pre-Arrival Registration.
