Electronic travel authorization is available for OR Tambo, Cape Town, or Lanseria airports
Travelers can apply for a South Africa Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to enter South Africa through OR Tambo International Airport, Cape Town International Airport, or Lanseria International Airport. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. A smartphone is required to take a selfie and scan your passport during the application process. Once approved, travelers receive their eTA confirmation electronically. An eTA is valid for 12 months for multiple entries of up to 90 days per visit.
This is not offered by Sherpa. Apply directly with the government.
