Travellers must be in a group of 5 or more people, and must hold a confirmed hotel reservation and a return or onward ticket. This exemption doesn't apply to travellers who aren't part of an organized tour group of 5 or more people. Travellers who visit Tunisia individually must obtain a visitor visa. Travellers must obtain a paper or embassy visa from an embassy, consulate or visa center before travelling.
