Travellers need a visa to visit United States Virgin Islands for Business or Tourism. Travellers must obtain a paper or embassy visa from an embassy, consulate or visa center before travelling. Mexican permanent residents and citizens can enter the United States Virgin Islands with Border Crossing Card (also known as a "Laser Visa").
